Exceptional South facing location. Sun all day so ideal for the later evenings until the sun goes down!

In an exclusive group of 11 beach huts in an elevated front row location. This hut has panoramic shoreline and costal views and the chance to sun all day long. The beach huts share a grassed area to the front (for picnic and sunbathing) plus a small patio of its own. Extensive dog friendly beach.

Inside there is a kitchenette with sink and drainer, gas cooker. Enough cutlery and plates for six (we ask that you replace condiments etc that guests use). There is also a drop leaf table and seating inside. A window can be fitted into the window hatch if it rains.
Oasis is well equipped with sun chairs. sunshades and a storage box is well stocked with buckets and spades, beach games incl. cricket and croquet

Amazing beach hut, gets the sunshine all day. Great with grassed area to front. Very well equipped, off of main prom with grass area to the front. Close to toilets, walkable to Walton Pier (if that’s your thing).
