Access to the beach hut is by five steps and this beach hut offers the best of both worlds, being an ideal location for someone who wants to enjoy the sun away from the footfall of the Promenade. On a second row location it has an unobscured view of the beach and sea, with an attractive grassed area to the front, which is ideal for picnics and sunbathing either away from the sand or when the tide is in.

The beach hut is conveniently situated between the thatched toilet facilities at the start of the Wailings, and the attended toilets block on the Greensward at Connaught Avenue (20p charge). The nearest water tap is approx 50m away.
